​Job Summary

​We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Interior Designer with a strong architectural foundation to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting in the development of design concepts, creating technical construction drawings, and ensuring that our projects are both beautiful and structurally sound.

​Key Responsibilities

​Design Development: Collaborate with senior architects/designers to develop mood boards, 2D floor plans, and 3D visualizations.

​Technical Drafting: Create detailed architectural drawings, including electrical layouts, plumbing points, and custom furniture sections.

​Space Planning: Use your architectural knowledge to optimize floor layouts for both residential and commercial projects.

​Site Coordination: Conduct site visits to ensure that the work on-site matches the approved technical drawings.

​Sourcing & Specification: Research and source materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture (FF&E) that align with the design intent and budget.

​Client Interaction: Assist in presenting design proposals and handling minor client queries throughout the project lifecycle.

​Required Skills & Qualifications

​Software Proficiency: Expert in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign). Proficiency in Revit or V-Ray/Lumion is a plus.

​Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and a basic understanding of building codes.

​Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for materials, textures, and finishes.

​Communication: Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with contractors and vendors.
