• Space Planning & DesignAnalyze client needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Plan layouts that optimize space, flow, and functionality
• Develop design concepts, themes, and color schemes
• 🎨 Aesthetics & MaterialsSelect furniture, lighting, finishes, textiles, and décor
• Choose materials that are durable, sustainable, and appropriate for the space
• Ensure visual harmony and style consistency
• Technical & Professional SkillsCreate drawings, floor plans, 3D visuals, and specifications
• Understand building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors
• Project ManagementPrepare cost estimates and manage budgets
• Schedule work and oversee installation
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to design intent
• Client Communication Present ideas clearly through sketches, mood boards, and presentations
• Incorporate client feedback and revise designs as needed
