Job Description
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client requirements and develop concept designs accordingly
- Prepare space planning, layouts, and detailed drawings
- Create 3D views, mood boards, and material selections
- Coordinate with site team, vendors, and project managers for smooth execution
- Prepare BOQs and assist in project costing
- Ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings and timelines
- Handle design revisions based on client feedback
- Work closely with architects and consultants when required
