Interior Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect & Designer to plan, design, and oversee construction and interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, preparing drawings, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and 3D models for residential/commercial projects

• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications

• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and preferences

• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and vendors

• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations

• Conduct site visits and supervise project execution

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

• Provide interior design concepts including materials, finishes, and furniture selection

• Present design ideas using software tools and visual presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

• Proven experience in architectural and interior design projects

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, etc.)

• Strong creativity and visualization skills

• Knowledge of construction methods and materials

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
