Interior Designer

Role OverviewWe are hiring skilled, reliable, and execution-focused Interior Designers who can manage client design requirements and ensure smooth project delivery.

This role is crucial for scaling our operations — you’ll not only design, but also drive timely execution, standardisation, and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities1. Client Consultation & Concept DevelopmentMeet clients to understand requirements, lifestyles, and design preferences.
• Present concepts, mood boards, layouts, and design stories that match the Willow Interiors brand.
• Translate client needs into functional and aesthetic interior solutions.
• 2. Design Development & DocumentationPrepare detailed floor plans, electrical plans, elevations, and working drawings.
• Develop 3D renders and walkthroughs using SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
• Create BOQs, material specifications, and accurate costings.
• Ensure designs follow operational standards and modular guidelines.
• 3. Project Coordination & Execution SupportConduct site visits for measurements, feasibility checks, and supervision.
• Coordinate with production, carpenters, vendors, and supervisors.
• Monitor execution to ensure the final output matches design intent.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout execution and revisions.
• 4. Standardisation & Process Improvement (Key for Scaling)Follow and contribute to Willow Interiors’ design process templates and checklists.
• Implement standard design packages, material libraries, and modular systems.
• Ensure projects follow uniform quality, timelines, and brand experience.
• Suggest improvements in workflows to help scale operations smoothly.
• 5. Client Relationship & HandoverManage client expectations, revisions, and satisfaction throughout the project.
• Participate in final checks and ensure quality at handover stage.
• Required SkillsStrong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or equivalent.
• Excellent understanding of space planning, finishes, materials, and interiors execution.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong detail orientation and ownership mindset.
• Ability to work with standardised design systems and checklists.
• QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 1–4 years experience in residential interiors (freshers with strong portfolios can apply).
• Experience in modular interiors is a plus.
