We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects that reflect our clients' personalities and enhance their living or working environments. You will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver innovative and functional design solutions from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and budget.

Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.

Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).

Select materials, furniture, lighting, and décor in alignment with the project vision.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other professionals to implement design plans.

Oversee installation and final styling to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience as an interior designer or similar role.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong knowledge of materials, color theory, lighting, and spatial planning.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.

Portfolio of previous design work required.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of sustainable and universal design principles.

Certification or licensure (e.g., NCIDQ) is a plus.

Experience with residential and/or commercial projects.
