Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Interior Designer who will take ownership of creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and client-centric interior spaces. This role involves space planning, concept development, material and finish selection, client interaction, and coordination with vendors and contractors to ensure flawless execution. In addition, the role requires proficiency in 3D visualization tools to communicate design ideas effectively through realistic renderings and walkthroughs.

Key Responsibilities

• Space Planning & Design Development
• 
  
• Understand client requirements, lifestyle needs, and budgets to develop tailored interior solutions.
• Create layout plans, mood boards, and design concepts that balance functionality with aesthetics.
• Prepare detailed working drawings and design documentation for execution.
• Material & Finish Selection
• 
  
• Recommend furniture, fixtures, fabrics, flooring, lighting, and other finishes aligned with project vision.
• Source and curate materials in line with design quality, sustainability, and budget constraints.
• 3D Visualization & Presentation
• 
  
• Develop 2D drawings and high-quality 3D renderings using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Lumion.
• Create presentation boards and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
• Support design discussions with photorealistic visualizations.
• Client Interaction & Coordination
• 
  
• Collaborate with clients to refine design concepts and ensure satisfaction at each stage of the project.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to translate design into reality.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
• Project & Vendor Management
• 
  
• Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and furniture.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards across multiple projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, ergonomics, and design principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Enscape, and Lumion (Photoshop or 3ds Max is an added advantage).
• Ability to balance creative design with practical execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with clients.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
