Interior Designer

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

Responsibilities

· Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences.

· Create compelling 2D/3D interior design concepts using software like SketchUp, Enscape, or similar.

· Develop mood boards, space planning layouts, and detailed working drawings.

· Collaborate closely with sales, execution, and factory teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

· Visit sites as needed for site measurements, design validation and design alignment.

· Stay updated with material trends, color palettes, and modern modular standards.

· Provide design support during sales closure and EC walk through.

· Assist material selection, and cost optimization discussions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

· Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

· Proficiency in design tools: SketchUp, Layout, Enscape, or similar.

· Strong communication and client-handling skills.

· Knowledge of modular furniture, and BOQ understanding.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
