Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Interior Designer with a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing commercial spaces. You'll work on design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients, architects, and project teams.

Responsibilities:

- Design Development: Create design concepts, space plans, and layouts for commercial projects

- Client Collaboration: Work with clients to understand needs, present design concepts, and ensure satisfaction

- Design Documentation: Prepare design drawings, specifications, and documentation using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure design implementation

- Trend Research: Stay updated on design trends, materials, and best practices in commercial interior design

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

- 5-7 years of experience in commercial interior design

- Strong design and visualization skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with BIM software

- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

- LEED accreditation or equivalent certification

- Strong understanding of commercial design trends and best practices
