Job Description:

• Meet clients to understand design, functional, and budget requirements
• Conduct site visits for measurements and feasibility checks
• Create design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and presentations
• Prepare detailed drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details
• Develop BOQs, specifications, and execution drawings
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, vendors, and project teams
• Provide design clarifications and site support during execution
• Ensure final output matches approved design intent

Key Skills:

• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Any one 3D software: SketchUp / 3Ds Max / Revit
• Adobe Suite (preferred)
• Strong material knowledge and detailing skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Experience:

• Residential or commercial interior projects
• Portfolio of executed projects required
