Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Design & Technical WorkAssist in conceptualizing and developing interior design and architectural layouts.
- Prepare detailed drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, working & GFC drawings).
- Develop 2D & 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site supervisors for execution clarity.
- Handle both residential and commercial project drawings.
- Client Interaction & Presentations: Attend client meetings and site visits with the senior architect or project manager.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable design solutions.
- Confidently present design ideas and design rationale to clients.
- Follow up with potential clients for feedback and support the sales team with design inputs.
- Sales & Coordination closely with the sales team to provide design support during pitching and lead closure.
- Assist in design walkthroughs, budget planning, and design scope discussions.
