Interior Modular Factory Helper / Machine Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for hardworking Interior Modular Factory Helpers and Operators to support the manufacturing of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior furniture. The role involves operating machines, assisting production teams, and ensuring quality and safety in factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in manufacturing modular furniture and interior components

Operate woodworking machines (CNC, panel saw, edge banding, drilling – as per skill level)

Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished panels

Follow production drawings and supervisor instructions

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the factory

Support packing, labeling, and dispatch of finished products

Requirements:

Experience in interior modular factory or furniture manufacturing preferred

Basic knowledge of plywood, MDF, laminates, and hardware

Ability to handle tools and machines safely

Willingness to learn and work in shifts if required

Physically fit and team-oriented

Experience: Fresher / 1–3 years
