Interior Project Manager

• Project Planning & Execution: Developing project schedules, work programs, and detailed budgets.
• Site Management: Supervising site activities, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to design specs.
• Client Management: Acting as the main point of contact for clients and consultants to manage expectations and provide updates.
• Quality & Safety Control: Enforcing health, safety, and quality standards on-site.
• Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identifying project risks, resolving site issues, and implementing contingency plans.
• Financial Management: Handling billing, payment certificates, cost forecasting, and monitoring, labor, material, and equipment expenses.
• Documentation & Reporting: Preparing progress reports, meeting minutes, and managing documentation like drawings and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.
• 3–9+ years of experience in interior fit-out or construction project management.
• Proficiency in CAD, MS Project, and knowledge of construction materials/methods.
