Job Description
- Project Planning & Execution: Developing project schedules, work programs, and detailed budgets.
- Site Management: Supervising site activities, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to design specs.
- Client Management: Acting as the main point of contact for clients and consultants to manage expectations and provide updates.
- Quality & Safety Control: Enforcing health, safety, and quality standards on-site.
- Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identifying project risks, resolving site issues, and implementing contingency plans.
- Financial Management: Handling billing, payment certificates, cost forecasting, and monitoring, labor, material, and equipment expenses.
- Documentation & Reporting: Preparing progress reports, meeting minutes, and managing documentation like drawings and approvals.
