Job Title: Site Supervisor – Interior Projects

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring Site Supervisors to manage on-site execution for interior projects.

Freshers are welcome. If you are willing to learn, handle workers, and take responsibility, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily site work (carpentry, polish, electrical, etc.)

• Coordinate with workers and ensure work is progressing properly

• Track site progress and maintain basic reports

• Ensure work is completed on time

• Maintain discipline and basic quality checks

REQUIREMENTS

• Freshers can apply (training will be provided)

• Basic understanding or interest in interiors/construction

• Good communication (Kannada , English, Hindi)

• Willing to travel to sites

• Responsible and consistent
