Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Execution Engineer to oversee site execution activities for interior projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that design intent is accurately implemented at site within the defined timelines, quality standards, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site execution of interior works (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, etc.).
• Ensure work progress as per approved drawings and project schedules.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and vendor teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain quality control and adherence to safety standards on site.
• Verify measurements and assist in preparing bills and progress reports.
• Handle site-level problem-solving and ensure proper communication between client and office teams.
• Monitor subcontractor work and ensure completion within the scheduled timeline.
• Prepare daily site reports and update project managers on progress and issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
• 1–2 years of experience in interior site execution.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD preferred.
