Job Overview:

Dwella is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising modular kitchen and wardrobe installations and ensuring smooth on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take accurate site measurements before and during project execution
• Supervise on-site interior work, especially modular kitchens and wardrobes
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and installation teams
• Ensure projects are executed as per design, quality standards, and timelines
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates
• Monitor daily site activities and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Ensure proper material usage and site safety

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in interior site supervision or a similar role
• Experience with modular kitchen and wardrobe installations is mandatory
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors efficiently
• Basic understanding of interior drawings and measurements
