Interior Site Supervisor

Job Description Summary

• Role: Interior Site Supervisor
• Location: Bengaluru (often HBR Layout or site-specific)
• Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 4+ years of experience, preferably in high-end residential or commercial fit-outs.
• Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month (variable based on skill/interview).
• Employment Type: Full Time (6 days/week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work complies with approved layouts, drawings, and 3D designs.
• Coordination: Act as the primary link between designers, factory production (for modular furniture), vendors, and contractors.
• Quality Control: Maintain high finishing standards by inspecting carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and modular furniture installation.
• Timeline Management: Ensure projects are completed on schedule, updating progress reports, and resolving bottlenecks.
• Material Management: Handle material checking, quality validation, site inventory, and waste control.
• Documentation: Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), site measurement books, and photo updates for management and clients.
• Client Handling: Interface with clients for site meetings and handover.

Required Skills & Profile :

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior materials, construction techniques, and reading CAD drawings/blueprints.
• Communication: Proficiency in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
• Tools: Knowledge of AutoCAD (for viewing) and MS Office (Excel).
• Attributes: Good multitasking skills, leadership abilities to manage site labor, and problem-solving skills
