Interior Site Supervisor

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Engineer to lead and oversee our projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, client communications, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and close projects while ensuring alignment with company goals
• Define project scope, schedule, and resource requirements
• Manage budgeting, timelines, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure expectations are met
• Identify project risks and create contingency plans
• Track progress and prepare detailed status reports
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear delegation of tasks
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and execution teams
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in Interior design studio)
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
