Interior Telesales Executive

Position: Interior Telesales.

Location: HSR Layout.

Qualification : Any Graduate.

Experience: 1–3 years

Salary: 20k to 25k.

🔹 Job Summary

The Interior Telesales Executive is responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls, generating leads, understanding customer requirements related to interior design, and coordinating with the design/sales team to convert leads into sales.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

*Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain interior services/products.

*Handle inbound inquiries from customers regarding interior solutions.

*Understand customer needs.

*Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.

*Schedule appointments for the design team/site visit team.

*Maintain updated customer details in CRM.

*Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

*Provide detailed information about products, materials, and interior design options.

*Coordinate with designers, sales managers, and project teams.

*Follow up with clients until the deal is closed.

*Maintain call logs, reports, and lead status updates.

*Build and maintain customer relationships for future referrals.
