About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Recruiter to lead hiring efforts for our Sales, Content, and Digital Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these domains, exceptional sourcing skills, and a proven track record of identifying and hiring high-performing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team goals, and candidate profiles.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales (Inside/Field/Enterprise), Content (Writers, Editors, Strategists), and Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, Performance) roles.
• Create engaging job descriptions and manage postings across job boards, internal platforms, and social media.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess culture fit, role alignment, and communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensure timely feedback, and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular hiring updates, analytics, and insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor talent strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (MBA/PGDM is a plus).
• 3–6 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on Sales, Content, and Digital Marketing roles.
• Hands-on experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, etc.
• Strong understanding of functional roles, KPIs, and jargon used in sales and marketing domains.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
