Job Title: International Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

As an International Customer Support Executive, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers across the globe. You'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information via phone, email, and chat. Your excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and customer-centric approach will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries: Address customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions.

2. Resolve customer issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to senior teams when necessary.

3. Product knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services, providing accurate information to customers.

4. Customer relationship management: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

5. Collate feedback: Gather customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.

6. Meet performance metrics: Achieve customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in [required languages].

2. Customer-centric approach: Proven ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support.

3. Technical skills: Familiarity with CRM software, ticketing systems, and other customer support tools.
