Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for a US Voice Healthcare Process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls for US healthcare clients and providing accurate information while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle US voice calls related to healthcare services

Assist customers with queries, updates, and basic issue resolution

Maintain clear and professional communication with US clients

Follow process guidelines and compliance standards

Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 2nd PUC (12th Pass)

BE / B.Tech candidates are NOT eligible

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & listening)

Willingness to work in US shifts

Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits

Take Home Salary: ₹21,400

CTC: ₹24,000
