International BPO Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring fresher candidates for an International Healthcare Voice Process. The role involves handling voice interactions with US customers and delivering high-quality customer support while adhering to defined healthcare processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresher candidates only
• BE / BTech / Postgraduate candidates are not eligible
• Immediate joiners preferred

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
• Ability to clearly understand and respond to US accents
• Strong listening and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to work in US shifts

Preferred Skills:

• Prior exposure to international voice or healthcare processes (added advantage)
• Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology (optional)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment

Salary & Benefits:

• Take-home salary: ₹21,400
