Monthly Salary | Pay Type: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and politely
• Provide clear information about product/service features, benefits, and availability
• Process customer orders, handle billing, and manage payment transactions
• Update and manage customer accounts accurately
• Handle product returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policy
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service delivery
• Always provide a positive, courteous, and professional customer experience
