International BPO Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the role of International Customer Support Executives to handle customer interactions with global clients via voice, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), along with basic computer knowledge and a customer-first approach.

Graduation is mandatory, and both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. The role requires resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, maintaining interaction records, and meeting quality standards. Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) with rotational week offs, and demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.
