Job Description

Position: BPO Voice Call Center Executive

Location: Bangalore

Department: Customer Service

Reports To: Team Leader / Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Shift timing: 10.30am to 7.30pm (8 working hours + 1 hour of break time)

Weekly off: Sunday (6 days a week working and Saturday working allowance available)

Salary: 25000 to 40000 Per month


Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused BPO Voice Call Center Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls and delivering exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, providing product or service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or issues regarding products or services.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns by identifying problems and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy on every call.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance targets, including call quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure customer issues are escalated appropriately when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow data protection protocols.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: 12th pass, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or BPO role is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and listen actively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Customer Focused: A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English required].
