Eligibility:

PUC or Graduate

Freshers accepted with excellent English

Experienced candidates preferred for KYB/KYC/CDD

6 months to 5 years experience accepted

Good communication mandatory

Salary Range:

Freshers: 18000 to 25000 take home

Experienced: 28000 to 40000 take home

KYB/KYC: Up to 45000 take home

US Healthcare: Up to 36000 take home plus incentives

Incentives based on performance

Shift allowance based on process

Shift Details:

Night shifts for international processes

5 days working

Weekends fixed off or rotational based on process

Any 9 hour shift between 5 PM to 7 AM

Age Limit: 18 to 40 years

Cab Facility: Two way cab for night shift roles. One way cab for selected processes.

Interview Rounds: HR Screening, Test, Voice and Accent, Operations

Additional Requirements for KYB/KYC/CDD roles:

Knowledge of company ownership, UBIGO, Registry documents, Nature of Business, Board of Directors, Risk Rating, International banking onboarding.
