Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound cold calls to international clients to promote company products/services.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into successful deals.
  • Identify potential customers, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable solutions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and maintain strong follow-up with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM.
  • Understand market trends and competitors to improve sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Ensure high levels of professionalism and customer service during calls.
