Roles & Responsibilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and customer-focused approach.
- Prior experience in International Voice Process, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Candidates with experience in US or other international processes will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections and drive effective conversations.
- Ability to handle customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Background in international sales or customer support will be considered a strong bonus.
