What You'll Be Doing!

• Handle inbound calls from international customers
• Resolve customer queries with clarity, empathy, and confidence
• Deliver top-notch customer experience while following SLA & quality standards
• Accurately document interactions in CRM systems
• Escalate complex issues to the right teams when needed
• Maintain professionalism across global time zones and cultures

What Were Looking For!

• Strong spoken English communication skills
• Comfortable working in night shift
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM experience is a plus)
• Experienced candidates welcome
• Prior international voice process experience is an advantage

Work Details!

• 5 Days Working
• 2 Rotational Week Offs
• Night Shift Only

Salary & Benefits!

• CTC: 4.8 LPA
• In-hand: 30,000/month (Decent hike based on previous take home)
• Incentives: 6,000 (Performance-based)
• Two-way free cab facility
• Free food/meals provided
