We are hiring for international voice support executive!

💼 Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused International Voice Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve queries efficiently, and provide an excellent customer experience for our global clients.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via international inbound calls.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
• Troubleshoot issues related to products/services.
• Maintain call logs and update customer information in CRM systems.
• Achieve daily/weekly performance and quality targets.
• Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times.
• Collaborate with internal teams for escalated issues.

🛠️ Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (typing, CRM navigation, etc.).
• Prior international voice experience is mandatory.

📚 Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Experienced candidates Only.
• Immediate Joiners only.

⏱️ Work Details:

• Shift: Night Shift
• Working Days: 5 days working
• Weekly Off: 2 days rotational off
• Location: 92/1B, Electronic City Phase I, Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
• Incentives: Up to ₹6,000 based on performance
• Health benefits & other perks (as per company policy).
• Two way free cab and free food provided.
