International Voice Process Agent

Role OverviewYou’ll be speaking with international customers (primarily US/UK/Middle East markets), pitching products or services, and closing sales over calls. This is a target-driven role where confidence, clarity, and consistency matter more than anything else.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers in international markets
• Pitch products/services and explain value clearly
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales
• Build rapport quickly and maintain professional communication
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads
• Handle objections and close deals effectively
• Required SkillsStrong verbal communication skills in English (neutral/accent flexibility preferred)
• Good listening and persuasion skills
• Confidence in handling international clients
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.)
• Ability to work in night shifts (if targeting US/UK markets)
• Target-oriented mindset
• Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Prior experience in international BPO / call center / telesales
• Exposure to US, UK, or Middle East markets
• Experience in SaaS, banking, insurance, or tech sales
• Multilingual ability (Arabic is a plus for Middle East process)
