Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and confident candidates for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls from international customers and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls professionally in an international process
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions
- Maintain clear and effective communication in English
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines
- Update customer information in the system accurately.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
- Graduates / Undergraduates can apply
- Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
Work Details:
- Process: International Voice
- Shift: Night Shift
- Working Days: 5 days (2 rotational offs)
Location: Whitefield, Marthahalli ,Kadubesanahalli ,BTM Layout , Manyatatech park, Electronic city
