🧭 We are hiring Customer Support & Sales Executives for International and Domestic Voice Processes across Telecom, Media, Banking, FinTech, E-commerce, Healthcare, Background Verification and Service Support domains. This is a direct hiring opportunity with immediate joining, fast-track interviews, and high take-home salaries.

💼 Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for support, service or sales

• Resolve customer queries with clarity, empathy, and accuracy
• Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards
• Upsell or cross-sell products/services where applicable
• Maintain proper call documentation using CRM tools

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

12th Pass / PU Pass / Graduates (depending on process)

• 10th & 12th original documents mandatory
• Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome

For International Voice:

• 👉 Minimum 6 Months - 1 year International BPO Voice experience (for experienced roles)
• 💰 Salary & Compensation (Take-Home)Experienced Candidates: ₹23,000 – ₹50,000 per month
• 🔥 Up to 40% hike on last drawn salary
• Freshers (select processes): ₹21,000 – ₹28,000 per month
• Additional performance incentives on applicable processes

⏰ Work Timings

US Night Shift / AUS Shift / Rotational Shifts

• Day Shift roles also available for Domestic Voice processes
• 6 days working (process dependent)

🌍 Language Requirements

English (Fluent / Advanced) – Mandatory

• Hindi – Required for Domestic processes
