Internship Trainee

About the Role 

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will reach out to individuals who are struggling with debt and offer them our professional debt settlement services. You will act as the first point of contact, explaining how our advocates negotiate with banks on their behalf, and guiding potential clients toward resolving their financial stress. This is a target-driven position with attractive incentives for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to potential clients who may require debt settlement support.
• Listen actively to borrower concerns and document their financial challenges.
• Explain borrower rights clearly and help them understand their lending obligations.
• Identify cases where banks, NBFCs, or Fintechs may have violated borrower rights.
• Recommend suitable courses of action and present long-term solutions offered by Debt Free Bharat.
• Coordinate with the legal/advocate team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Empathetic listener with the ability to simplify legal/financial jargon.

Requirements

• Prior experience in telecalling, collections, customer service, or financial advisory is an advantage.
• Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
• Basic understanding of loans, NBFC/Fintech products, and borrower rights (training will be provided).
• Ability to handle sensitive borrower issues with patience and professionalism.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient to rejection.
• Basic computer knowledge; ability to work with MS Office.
• Strong communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
