We are looking for dedicated Internship Trainees to join our intensive, 3-month on-premise training program. This is more than an internship; it’s a high-octane immersion into modern business operations and digital tools.

The Journey: 90 Days of Paid InternshipDuring these 90 days, you will transition from a learner to a practitioner. You will master the digital tools that power modern global companies, with a heavy focus on the ZOHO Ecosystem.

• Training & Certification: Intensive hands-on training on ZOHO People, ZOHO Recruit, ZOHO Workplace, and many more industry-leading modules.
• On-the-Job (OTJ) Projects: You won’t just read—you will do. Projects include:

• The Talent Pipeline: Executing end-to-end recruitment and sourcing cycles.
• Digital Onboarding: Automating the user journey via Zoho.
• Data & Compliance: Managing real-time business data and statutory requirements.
• Culture Building: Designing engagement strategies for hybrid and remote teams.
• Office LogisticsSchedule: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (6 Days a Week).
• Location: On-Premise (Office-based training).
• Stipend: ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 per month (Based on performance and milestones).
• Mandatory: A personal laptop is required to participate in daily training and projects.
