Inventory & Billing Executive

Job Description

We are hiring an Inventory & Billing Executive to manage inventory inward and outward movements, billing and documentation, handle customer calls generated through Google and other lead sources, and support backend operations, including IT inventory, while closely coordinating with sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, delivery challans, invoices, and maintain basic stock records
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and follow up on leads
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth daily workflow
• Maintain professional communication with customers

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma (any stream)
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts, operations, or sales support (preferred)
• Fluent in Kannada & English (Hindi optional)
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email drafting (ERP knowledge is a plus)
• Basic understanding of IT products (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.) preferred
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
