Inventory Controller

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses and channels
• Monitor stock levels; prevent stockouts and overstocking
• Reconcile physical stock with system data regularly
• Track inward, outward, returns, and damaged inventory
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams
• Generate inventory reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Identify inventory discrepancies and drive resolution
• Support audits and compliance processes

Requirements

• 1–4 years experience in inventory / supply chain / operations
• Strong Excel / inventory software skills
• High attention to detail and process discipline
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently
