Job Title: Inventory Executive / Store Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: ₹27,000 – ₹30,000 per month

• Roles & Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day inventory management at the store level.
• Ensure accurate stock entry, tracking, and reporting using inventory systems.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and reorder needs.
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
• Lead in-store staff and maintain operational discipline.
• Support order fulfillment and manage return processes.
• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO, hygiene, and storage standards.
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Inventory Management or Store Operations
• Experience in FMCG or E-commerce operations is a must
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Good understanding of inventory software/tools and procedures
• Ready to work from store locations in the mentioned Bangalore areas
• Age: 21+
• Preferred Background:Prior experience in Big Basket, Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce/FMCG companies will be an advantage
