Key Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries and provide end-to-end sales support

Promote and sell real estate projects

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Achieve individual sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth closures

Requirements:

Experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers can apply for Sales Associate role)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

🔥 Quarterly Hike Structure:

3 Sales→ 10% hike

6 Sales → 20% hike
