• 📊 Manage end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM.
• 🏠 Conduct property site visits for interested clients and showcase relevant listings.
• 🤝 Handle negotiations with buyers to ensure successful deal closures.
• 🎯 Achieve weekly targets for prospective site visits.

🔹 Skills Required:

• 🗣 Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• 🌐 Proficiency in Hindi & English; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
• 🤝 Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• 📈 Proven sales & negotiation skills.
• ⚡ High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and confidence.
