🎯 Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Faculty to deliver high-quality instruction in core IT subjects, guide students with practical lab-based learning, and help them develop industry-ready skills. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, updated with current technologies, and able to engage students effectively.

📌 Key Responsibilities

✔ Teach IT subjects including (but not limited to):

Computer Fundamentals

Operating Systems

Networking Basics

Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Database (SQL / MySQL)

Software Tools (MS Office / Google Workspace)

IT Certifications (if applicable)

✔ Plan & prepare course material, presentations, assignments, and assessments

✔ Conduct classroom and hands-on lab sessions

✔ Mentor/co-ordinate with students on projects and practical tasks

✔ Evaluate student performance and provide feedback

✔ Collaborate with the institute’s placement and curriculum teams

✔ Keep updated with industry trends and update curriculum as needed

✔ Assist in student career guidance

🧠 Required Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in:

B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / Electronics, or

MCA / M.Sc (IT / CS), or

Equivalent qualification

Preferred:

✔ PG degree or specialized IT certification

✔ Teaching experience in training institutes

📅 Experience

✔ Minimum: 0–2 years (preferred)

✔ Industry + teaching experience: Advantage

💡 Technical Skills (Must Have)

✅ Computer Fundamentals & OS

✅ C, C++, Python and Java programming languages

✅ MS Office / Google Workspace

✅ Web Development (at least basics of HTML/CSS)

✅ Database fundamentals (SQL)

✅ Comfortable with Windows & basic troubleshooting

✅ Ability to teach online & offline classes
