We are looking for a experienced IT & Presales Engineer having knowledge of computer technical background in software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems. The goal is to build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology & support sales team for presales installation. Dedicated to delivering telephonic and virtual support to end-users, demonstrating a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues remotely.

Technical Skills:- Networking, Directory Services, Operating Systems, Electrical Expertise, CCTV & Software Management.

Soft Skills: - Communication and Interpersonal skills, Multi-tasking, Problem-solving & Vendor Management.

Educational Qualification:- Diploma in Electronics/ BE+ other Certifications (Example) CCNA, MCSA,N+ any other.

Experience – 3 + years

Position - 1 Male Candidate Only (Two wheeler is a must)

Location - Bangalore

CTC – 30,000/- to 35,000/-
