We are looking for motivated and energetic Freshers with a background in BCA/MCA/BE/BTech (Computer Science) to join our recruitment team as an IT Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical roles in the IT industry.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing Candidates: Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Use advanced search techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to identify passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments and coding tests as required by the hiring team.
• Interview Process: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Prepare interviewers with relevant candidate information, including resumes and job descriptions.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the interview process, providing updates and feedback as needed.
• Offer and Onboarding:Work with the HR team to facilitate the offer process and communicate job offers to selected candidates.
• Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring candidates have all necessary information before joining.
• General Duties:Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics.
• Stay updated with trends in the IT and recruitment industries.
• Support the recruitment team in driving recruitment initiatives and improving the overall hiring process.

• Qualifications & Skills:
• Freshers with BCA/MCA/BE/BTech (Computer Science) degree.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and job boards (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies is a plus but not mandatory.
