Role Summary
We are hiring an energetic IT Sales Accounts Manager to drive business across cybersecurity, networking (active & passive), and CCTV/surveillance solutions for the Bengaluru mid‑market segment. This role requires strong experience in direct project sales, customer relationship management, and the ability to work closely with OEMs, distributors, and cross‑functional internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Account ManagementManage and grow mid‑market accounts across Bengaluru; build new business and expand existing customers.
- Lead end-to-end direct sales cycle: discovery, solution fitment, POC coordination, proposals, pricing negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with IT Heads, CISOs, Network Managers, Procurement, Finance, and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Build structured account plans, perform QBRs, and maintain accurate forecasting in CRM.

- Vendor & Partner CollaborationWork closely with cybersecurity, networking, passive infra, and CCTV OEMs for deal registrations, special pricing, and lead sharing.
- Liaise with distributors for supply chain coordination, commercial support, and training.
- Project CoordinationCoordinate with presales engineers and project delivery teams for solution design, BOQ preparation, and SOW alignment.
- Ensure high-quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and on-time payment collections.
Required Qualifications3+ years of direct IT sales experience in security, networking, passive infra, or surveillance solutions.
- Proven ability to meet quarterly revenue targets in mid‑market or SMB/enterprise segments.
- Excellent understanding of at least 3–5 relevant technologies across security, networking, and surveillance.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with major OEMs and channel ecosystem.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
- PreferredTechnical or sales certifications from Fortinet/Palo Alto/Cisco/Sophos/Microsoft/Aruba/Check Point.
- Experience in CCTV solutions (CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Honeywell, Milestone, Bosch).
- Basic understanding of passive cabling brands (D-Link, Commscope, Molex, TE, Panduit, Legrand).
- KPIs & Performance MetricsAchievement of quarterly/annual revenue & gross margin targets.
- New logo acquisition vs. existing account farming.
- Pipeline coverage (3–4× of target).
- Sales cycle efficiency & forecast accuracy.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
- Timely project closure and payment collection.
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary: As per industry standards (Bengaluru mid‑market sales).
- Variable Pay: Based on revenue, gross margin, and account milestones (quarterly).
