✨ Job Summary
Spectra Technovision is hiring an IT Support Executive to handle software implementation, technical support and customer assistance through calls and remote sessions.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support via calls & remote tools (AnyDesk etc.) ☎️
• Perform software installation, configuration & implementation 🖥️
• Conduct user training & product demonstrations 🎓
• Handle L1 troubleshooting & inbound customer queries 🛠️
• Write SQL queries for database troubleshooting 🗄️
• Deploy patches on UAT & production IIS servers ⚙️
• Maintain ticketing system & escalate unresolved issues 🎫
• Collect customer feedback for product improvements 📊
• Ensure customer satisfaction & retention 😊

• Age: 20 – 28 years 🎯

• Education: Graduate 🎓
