IT Support Executive

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance and support to users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the organization’s technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and resolve issues promptly
• Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
• Maintain IT assets, inventory, and documentation
• Assist in setting up new user accounts, systems, and access permissions
• Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary
• Conduct regular system updates, backups, and maintenance
• Train users on basic IT systems and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in IT support or similar role (1–3 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, and basic networking
• Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and remote support
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, and firewalls
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
