IT Support Team Leader – IT Rental Services & Technical Support

Role Summary:

Guru Goutam Infotech is hiring a Technical Operations Head to take complete ownership of IT rental and technical support operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who drives results, owns outcomes end-to-end, and resolves issues decisively - without excuses.

Key Responsibilities

· Own end-to-end IT rental and support operations with full accountability.

· Act as the final escalation point for all technical and customer issues.

· Lead, deploy, and drive technical teams to meet strict SLAs and service standards.

· Personally handle complex hardware, OS, and field-level troubleshooting when required.

· Control vendor performance, repairs, replacements, and turnaround timelines.

· Ensure smooth deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of rental assets.

· Identify recurring issues and implement permanent, preventive solutions.

Who We’re Looking For

· 5+ years in IT support or infrastructure services.

· Proven experience leading technical or field operations teams.

· Strong hands-on expertise in hardware and Windows OS.

· High ownership mindset with decisive execution and strong communication skills.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Sunday: Weekly Off
