Position: IT Trainer – Full Stack Web Development, AI & Data Science

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT Trainer to join our team and help shape the future of tech talent! Whether you're a fresher with strong technical skills and a passion for teaching or an experienced developer looking to share your knowledge, we’d love to hear from you.

• Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and hands-on training sessions in:

• Full Stack Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, SQL/NoSQL, Git).
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) fundamentals.
• Data Science tools and techniques (Python, data analysis, visualization, and key libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Develop real-world projects, labs, and coding challenges to reinforce learning.
• Create clear and comprehensive training materials, including slides, guides, and code samples.
• Mentor and support students through their assignments and capstone projects.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in web development, AI, ML, and Data Science.
• Evaluate student progress and provide detailed, constructive feedback.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong understanding of Full Stack Web Development technologies:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.
• Databases: SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Version control systems: Git/GitHub.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and Data Science concepts and tools:

• Python programming.
• Libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch (basics).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, engaging lessons.
• A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students grow.
• Preferred Qualifications:Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience in IT or related fields.
• Certifications in Web Development, Data Science, or AI/ML (e.g., Google AI, IBM Data Science, Microsoft Azure AI, etc.).
• Familiarity with additional tools or frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js, Docker, AWS, Flask).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or deployment platforms.
